Ms. Gay Rupert: Facilitator/Workshop Leader

Gay Rupert’s experience in small and corporate business spans more than 25 years in marketing, customer service and retention programs and includes an extensive and successful history in sales training as a workshop facilitator in product and service development in the corporate environment.  

Gay excels at all levels in the development and delivery of customized training and support information. She is comfortable and effective when delivering formal information, contributing to brainstorming situations or interactive workshops. Gay delivers at an effective and informative level of training for both frontline personnel and top management.

Gay’s experience & qualifications include a Marketing Management Certificate, Master Trainer Certificate, and Leadership training.  She currently works with corporate clients throughout the lower mainland and Okanagan Valley where she is responsible for client service and development, including the design, scheduling and delivery of client training, client research, project management, client visits and needs/opportunity assessments.
