On Track Marketing is a Kelowna based business development firm, established by Tom Light to assist with the successful and continued growth of small businesses in the Thompson/Okanagan region of B.C.

Our primary goal is to work with existing and new start up business entrepreneurs by providing the tools and savvy to get on track and stay on track with their small business enterprises.

After consultation with the financial community, Economic Development Commission, Business Development Bank, Community Futures Development Corporation, Chartered Banks and other entrepreneurs in Kelowna and area, a need for affordable consulting services to the small business community was identified.

The products and services offered by OTM will be straight forward and manageable. It is our intention to be hands on with our sleeves rolled up to work closely with our clients and to fully understand their needs, desires and goals. By identifying those needs, OTM will offer workable plans, strategic ideas and suggestions that can provide a direction to the successful growth and financial security of our clients businesses. 

When and if the need arises, we are in a position to outsource additional services with the many alliances we have established with other professionals in their fields of expertise.
